LearnBox is a simulation platform for leadership and professional development, built by Tigon Futuristics Private Limited. We design simulations that put learners in realistic scenarios where they make decisions, face consequences, and walk away with something measurable.
Why simulations
Most development programs rely on content delivery: workshops, slides, discussions. Learners absorb information, but they don't get to practice using it. The gap between knowing and doing stays open.
Simulations close that gap. They create a space where learners apply what they've learned to realistic situations, make decisions under pressure, and see the results. Facilitators get scored reports instead of attendance sheets.
