When your organization uses LearnBox

When learners participate in simulations, the platform collects simulation data: the decisions they make, the scores they receive, and the reports generated. This data belongs to the organization that licensed the simulation. We process it on their behalf.

Automatically collected data

We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the platform running and secure. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use your data

• To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact forms
• To deliver simulation sessions and generate performance reports
• To maintain, secure, and improve the platform
• To communicate with licensed organizations about their account

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:

• The licensing organization that manages the simulation session (they receive learner reports and group analytics)
• Infrastructure providers that help us host and operate the platform (under strict data processing agreements)

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. Simulation data is retained according to the terms of our agreement with the licensing organization. When an organization's contract ends, their data is deleted within 90 days.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

Your rights
