Assess your team.
You're leading a group of people. Some are doing well. Some aren't. You have limited coaching hours and you need to figure out where to spend them. Review performance data, read the room, and make a plan.
Have the conversation.
Use the GROW framework to coach each person. Ask the right questions. Listen to what they say and what they don't say. The more they trust you, the more they share. Get it wrong and they shut down.
Make the hard call.
Some situations call for a decision. Restructure a team. Reassign a project. Let someone fail so they can learn. Your choices here reveal how you think under pressure, and the simulation scores you for it.
Get your score.
