Agreement

These terms govern your use of the LearnBox platform and website, operated by Tigon Futuristics Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using LearnBox, you agree to these terms.

The platform

LearnBox is a simulation platform for leadership and professional development. Organizations license access to run simulation sessions for their learners. Individual learners access the platform through sessions created by their organization.

Accounts and access

Organizations are responsible for managing access to their simulation sessions. Facilitators receive credentials to create and manage sessions. Learners join sessions using codes provided by their facilitator. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract the simulation content
• Share simulation content, scenarios, or scoring logic outside of authorized use
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Use automated tools to access the platform without our written consent

Intellectual property

All simulation content, scoring frameworks, reports, character designs, and platform code are owned by Tigon Futuristics Private Limited. Organizations license the right to use this content for development purposes. This license does not transfer ownership.

Data and reports

Simulation reports are generated for development purposes. They are not assessments, certifications, or formal evaluations. Organizations are responsible for how they use report data within their programs. We are not liable for decisions made based on simulation results.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify licensed organizations of planned downtime.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tigon Futuristics Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the organization in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if these terms are violated. Organizations may end their license according to the terms of their agreement with us. Upon termination, access to the platform and associated data will be removed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
